Mobis Parts Canada distributes parts for Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Motors. Mobis has eight people who provide support to internal clients. The team was having a difficult time demonstrating a written understanding of their clients’ concerns, and they needed writing strategies to help them with structure and tone. They also needed to be better at expressing empathy.
Because all eight team members couldn’t be away from their desks for a whole day, we needed to split them into two sessions of four people. We trimmed down our 1-day Business Writing Essential course to a half-day by selecting the most relevant topics, which we delivered twice in one day.
They enjoyed the course and, more importantly, it made a lasting difference to the quality of their writing and the support they provide to their clients. Here’s what they said:
