An insight into our culture

Our employees provide the best insight into our culture. Our passion for learning and development, and the opportunities for growth make Wavelength a rewarding place to build your career.

Wavelength is a place to grow and learn. A rewarding workplace where efforts are recognized and contributions are valued. The environment is engaging and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with my exceptional team members, colleagues and clients. Wavelength is a flexible, diverse, inclusive, and positive company that cares about its internal and external partners. I am proud to be part of it.

Fiona Patten

Wavelength is the gold standard of training, which is why, as a facilitator, I look forward to saying ‘Hello and welcome to your Wavelength course!’ Our sessions – in person or virtual – are a delight to facilitate because they deliver immediately applicable knowledge in an interactive way. As a Wavelength facilitator, I’m at once proud, confident and grateful.

I’m proud because I know I’m delivering excellent content in a way that respects adult learners. I’m confident because I know the Wavelength team has my back and ensures that I’m set up for success. I’m grateful because my colleagues are supportive, talented facilitators who also have my back and are willing to share their ideas and best practices.

Phyllis Schwager

As a senior facilitator and Wavelength team member for over two decades, I’ve had the chance to watch this dynamic, woman-led organization grow from its local roots to one with clients all over the globe. It has been a pleasure to deliver high-quality courses that our clients consistently say are enjoyable, worthwhile learning experiences and that allow me to convey my own passion for language and communication. I work with an insightful, diverse, and nimble team that’s always interested in learning and growing. In April 2020, early in the pandemic, we quickly pivoted to offer our clients a virtual learning experience and continue to expand our virtual offerings. To be able to do what you love and feel your contributions are valued is a lucky thing.

Christine Fischer Guy

Working at Wavelength is a two for one experience. You get to do what you love—engage and help others polish their communication skills. At the same time, you have the opportunity to challenge yourself to go outside your comfort zone and continue to grow and learn from your learners and peers. As my dad always says, “if you’re not learning you’re forgetting.”

Lori Goodfield

I love working here because it is wonderful x 3:
Wonderful adult-centered courses
Wonderful supportive clients
Wonderful compassionate colleagues

Sarah Maloney

We have the best company culture at Wavelength. Our president inspires achievement while respecting work-life balance. I’m proud of what we do, and I love working with a team that values great communication.
