We keep our learner-to-facilitator ratio low to ensure each participant gets the attention they need. For writing and meeting skills courses, we maintain a 15:1 ratio, and for presentation skills courses, a 6:1 ratio. Low ratios mean we can give individualized feedback and coaching.

Our course manuals are comprehensive self-directed learning tools that include tips, examples, exercises, and suggested answers. Our free Learning Booster Program includes six post-course micro-learning emails to reinforce new skills. Graduates also receive a monthly blog to continue their learning journey.
